It is a hideaway-like inn limited to 6 rooms and was listed in the "Michelin Guide Hokuriku 2021 Special Edition."

The interior has a relaxing atmosphere with extensive use of wood. In particular, the guest rooms are warm spaces with plenty of solid wood. Western-style twin rooms and Japanese-style rooms are available, so you can choose according to your preference.

Enjoy Charcoal Grilling in Summer and Echizen Gani Crab in Winter

Dinner is Kaiseki cuisine served by the owner himself, using seasonal ingredients for each season. Sticking to local production for local consumption, seafood in particular centers on items brought from Wakasa Bay spreading before your eyes. Seafood caught in the morning directly from local markets and their own gill nets are used abundantly. Bonito flakes and kelp are carefully selected ordered items. The water used for cooking is "Uriwari Water" from the 100 Best Waters.

From spring to summer, Kaiseki cuisine mainly featuring charcoal grilling is offered. It is a menu that combines volume and quality, simply enjoying high-quality seasonal ingredients such as turban shells, abalone, and rock oysters. In winter, enjoy Echizen Gani Crab with tags, which Fukui boasts, as sashimi or shabu-shabu. The body-friendly breakfast is also popular.
